  1. Apparently, the standard Help Compiler v3.0 has trouble dealing with RTF
  2. files from Word for Windows v2.0.  This is v3.0b which accepts Word for
  3. Windows v2.0 rtf files.  This was provided by Microsoft on their WINSDK
  4. forum on Compu$erve.
